This hotel is in the heart of amazing sights and attractions, and everything is within easy reach. Guests can walk to the Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, and Reina Sofia museums. It's centrally located in the beautiful Barrio de las Letras, with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are impeccably clean and nicely done, with hardwood floors, blackout curtains, and comfy beds. In-room amenities such as a safe and TV are available, and daily housekeeping and evening turn-down service are great touches.
Some rooms have limited power outlets, which can be a bit inconvenient for charging electronic devices.

We loved staying at this venue! We were walking distance to all the major tourist attractions here, which made it super-easy to explore and see everything. The service was great! We loved the welcome drink and the staff were always helpful with anything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The famous churros and hot chocolate was just a pleasant walk from the hotel, making it a great spot for a family with kids. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for sightseeing and food. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a sleek, modern design. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were impeccable, with good drainage and plenty of hot water. The wifi signal was strong, which was a bonus. a fantastic experience for our family!
